Our simple and effective customer booking flow allows people to easily see time slots and prices on one screen.

The payment screen takes all the basic information you need on one page, including Marketing opt ins and promo code options.

Offers can be applied manually with promo codes or automatically when certain tickets are added to the basket.

Mobile First Design

Whether your patrons are accessing ticket from a desktop, mobile or tablet the responsive mobile first design means they get a uniform UI across all devices. What’s more, Apple pay can also be used on safari browsers, making it the fastest and most convenient way to confirm tickets.

Group Sales

Simplify the group sales process with the in-built, full-featured group sales solution. Easily handle pricing, multi-cart orders, invoicing, order changes, payments and admittance. Once built an invoice can be sent to the patron and they can complete payment online.

Want to reduce the reservation time?

We can create group booking flows to allow people to purchase group tickets online, using custom checkout rules. The group discount can then be applied automatically when adding preset amounts of tickets to a basket.

BACK END

Ticketure's entirely Cloud-based technology stack harnesses the power and scale of Amazon Web Services, and utilises the Google Go platform within a Service Orientated (API-based) Architecture, using RESTful API's that are 100% HTP (JSON in and JSON out). Powerful BI reporting tools from Kibana by Elastic Search, Stripe for secure and flexible payments, Google Tag Manager for extensive pixel tracking are all included.

With a combination of one-off events, repeating and timed entry events, managing schedules can often be a difficult process. With Ticketure, we have an intuitive, easy-to-use process for creating and then managing any of these event types in real time – setup takes seconds not hours.

Need to set up a day with extended hours, or maybe indicate the event is going to be closed? We can simply set an override date and the indicated changes are made to the schedule upon clicking save.

With both API and Web servers deployed in an autoscaling Group/cluster, Ticketure automatically expands to handle excessive ticketing loads – routinely handling the processing of over 2,000 transactions per minute. Solutions are deployed with full redundancy between multiple network zones which ensures that full connectivity is always available.

Want to have events within your event? Ticketure has built-in safeguards to ensure that a customer cannot book an exhibit session if there is insufficient time between the end of their previous exhibit session and the start-time for the new one. If available times for the new exhibit are in conflict with the tickets already selected they will be listed but withheld from sale.
