 Case Study - Syon House and Gardens:

 

We began working with Syon Park in 2018 selling tickets for their Enchanted Woodland. This event, spread over several weekends in November, transforms the gardens surrounding this Grade I listed building belonging to the Duke of Northumberland into beautiful light and soundscapes. An immensely popular family event hosting over 3000 people each evening.

 In the Spring of 2020 KX Tickets were asked to be the online ticketing partner for daytime visitors over the summer. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic we worked closely with the venue to build timed entry slots to help manage capacity and created new, branded, etickets to reduce contact between visitors and staff. We provided customers with a means to redeem discounts and offers online and set up on site ticket scanners to help staff maintain social distancing measures.


Case Study - The Drive In London:

 

Devised as a way of creating a social experience in a time of social distancing, the Drive In London reached out to us to provide ticketing services for their brand new venture. Set in the heart of Enfield council’s regeneration area The Drive In London offers multiple events, each with a short turnaround between being confirmed and the event itself. With a range of different capacities, ticket types and price bands we have worked closely with The Drive In organisers to ensure we provide what they need: an efficient and accurate setup for all events, with detailed reporting and a focus on customer care.

With no physical box office at this location KX Tickets also opted to work with CrowdEngage to additionally deliver E Tickets via SMS making it even easier for customers to show a ticket without having to download an email attachment, The text also included driving directions via google maps and full FAQs.

We are extremely proud to say that The Drive In was the UK’s highest grossing cinema during its opening weekend. Opening on Saturday 4 July 2020, ‘The Drive In’ led a newly reopened industry with a total weekend box office of £46,718, over a quarter of the country’s total take.
